“The staff we always very friendly and worked incredibly hard, whenever I turned up to site someone always took the time to show me what they were working on and give me a progress report. I always felt that everyone had a real sense of pride in their work. The majority of our build was during the winter and I don’t think there was a single day when they didn’t find something to do even in the worst conditions. We came across several issues during the build but everything was resolved very easily, we never felt that things weren’t going well or that we were behind schedule. The costs were always well managed and the billing was very transparent and clear. We were always informed of all costs that weren’t included and upgrades were always very clear, and several options were always available.

The attention to detail and level of craftsmanship was exceptional and there are many features in the house that we hadn’t expected that have given a very bland barn the wow factor and a real personal feel.”
