Bridgewater Development Ltd is a local development company specialising in all areas of residential construction, placing emphasis on quality, we apply the same high standards of construction & finish to all of our projects from small extensions to large executive builds on one of our own sites. We will provide project management from start to finish guiding our clients through each stage of the program, offering suggestions, advice, help and guidance where needed. We have become widely associated with bespoke and individual constructions providing stunning, spectacular and dramatic results. We offer free informal advice to clients wishing to discuss the first steps towards their new construction and provide fixed quotes where clients already have designs and planning permission.

Our dedicated site manager will take care of everything from start to finish, liaising with the client, local authorities, the build team and other professional bodies and ultimately providing the client with all paperwork and certification at the end of the project. All of our team understand that it’s your project and that your ultimate satisfaction is the single most important aspect of the build program, in fact we actively encourage the discussion of changes, alterations or improvements that you may wish to implement.
