Bridgewater Development Ltd were originally established as a new house building company, we build our own properties on our own sites. We provide all services in house and are members of the NHBC (National House Builders Council), whereby we can provide 10 year warranties on all new builds and conversions.

A four bedroom property built in 2003, a pair of detached houses built in a private courtyard, these were our own properties built and appointed to an extremely high standard.
These were a series of 15 town houses built in 2008, in blocks of three they represented entry level pricing comparable with a terraced house whilst giving a whole host of benefits not normally found at this level, 3 bedrooms, garage, utility, downstairs cloakroom and a bathroom that boasted a shower and a whirlpool bath.
